Branches: Home

First Phase

This program operates small, family-style group homes for foster youth with IDD. Staffed 24-hours a day by a team of professionals in the child welfare and disability fields, the Branches program provides children with a safe, stable home where they can grow and thrive.

Second Phase

The Second Phase program ensures continuity of care for youth with IDD who are aging out of DCFS care with no place to go. The Belonging Tree Foundation helps these youth obtain housing (including Community Integrated Living Arrangement homes with 24-hour supervision, if needed), vocational training, medical care, and more.
